The website Duracom.in serves as an informational and inquiry-generation platform for our premium cattle mats. This website does not facilitate direct online financial transactions or “instant” shopping.

Inquiry & Quotation Process

• Non-Binding Inquiries: Any inquiry submitted via our forms, WhatsApp, or email is considered a request for a quote, not a confirmed order.
• Validity of Quotes: Official quotations provided by our sales team are valid for a period of 7 days (unless stated otherwise), due to fluctuations in raw rubber prices and transportation costs.
• Proforma Invoice: A formal order is only confirmed once the customer approves a Proforma Invoice and makes the agreed-upon advance payment via bank transfer or other offline methods.

Product Representation

While we strive for 100% accuracy, slight variations in color, texture, and weight may occur due to the nature of recycled and virgin rubber processing. The “diamond” pattern or grip intensity may vary slightly between different production batches.

Intellectual Property

All content, including the Duracom logo, product images, and technical descriptions, are the property of Duracom. Unauthorized use of this media for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Duracom is not liable for injuries to livestock or humans resulting from improper installation or the use of mats in environments they were not designed for.
