Dispatch Timeline

Since our products are heavy-duty industrial goods, dispatch typically occurs within 3 to 7 working days after the confirmation of payment, depending on the order volume and current stock levels.

Logistics & Freight

• Transport Method: Orders are shipped via third-party commercial transport or trucking services suitable for heavy rubber goods.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are extra and are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the delivery distance from our warehouse/factory.
• Unloading: Unless specifically mentioned in the quote, the customer is responsible for arranging labor to unload the mats from the transport vehicle at the delivery site.

Delivery Areas

We provide PAN-India delivery. However, for remote or “out-of-delivery-area” (ODA) locations, additional surcharges may apply as per the transporter’s policy.
