Return and Replacement Policy

No-Return Policy (Standard Orders)

Due to the heavy weight and high logistics costs associated with cow mats, we do not accept returns for “change of mind” or “incorrect size ordered” once the product has been dispatched. We strongly urge customers to verify barn dimensions during the inquiry stage.

Replacement for Manufacturing Defects

We take pride in our 8+ years of quality. Replacements are only applicable if:

  • The product has a significant manufacturing defect (e.g., major tearing or improper thickness).
  • The wrong product was dispatched.

Damage in Transit

Customers must inspect the mats upon arrival. If there is visible damage caused by the transporter, it must be noted on the LR (Lorry Receipt) and reported to Duracom within 24 hours with photographic evidence to facilitate a claim or replacement.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the goods have left our facility, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
